Powder waterproof and heat insulation material is made from the ed natural ores that is ground with the ultra-fine vertical rolling wheel grinder and filtered by ultra-micro stream powder concentrator and finally processed by special processor. The whole grinding process is controlled by computer PLC, so its quality is very stable.

Features
1. All-in-one Construction: The construction can achieve the waterproof, leakage prevention and thermal insulation and so on. It can be applicable to any old or new floor surface that whether is used with any waterproof and insulation materials without knocking out these materials and will not damage the main structure.
2. Full Control of Time: Except the raining days, it can be applied in any weather.
3. Automatic Leakage Trapping: With high flowability, it can automatically fill up the new cracks and fissures after the completion of the construction such as the crack of the floor surface caused by earthquake or formed as the waterproof material is impacted by external force.
4. Visible Effects: The temperature differences of the top floor before and after the construction can be clearly experienced.

1. Cleaning
(1) Clean the surface and structural layer prior to application.
(2) The surface shall be free from dirt.
(3) Lines on the surface shall be firstly lifted up or moved away.
2. Treatment prior to construction
(1) Plant 2~3 cm groove in the corner, apply appropriate water to moisten the surface without standing water and spray the deep penetrating seal of the cement.
(2) The part around the roof drain shall be made watertight and sealed with sticky nonhardening waterproof latex.
3. Waterproof construction
(1) Use powder waterproof and insulation material.
(2) Coat 20 kg/M2 powder waterproof and insulation material with compact thickness of about 1 cm.
(3) Pave and nail 5mm PP sheet on the surface of the powder waterproof and insulation material.
(4) Pour 5~7cm cement on the nailed 5mm PP sheet.
(5) Make a drain slope in the surface of the cement.
